The concept of the shadow originates from Jungian psychology, and has been popularised in the last few years, most notably by the success of the Canadian psychologist and public intellectual Jordan Peterson.
Arran Rogerson and Alyssa Polizzi are the hosts of the Golden Shadow podcast. A couple of months ago they began an exploration into the shadow, speaking to prominent writers and speakers in the Jungian community and beyond.
